Three details that matter more than the headline price:

Minutes reset monthly. VexaScribe's pricing page states plainly that minutes reset when your subscription renews. Unused minutes are gone. This is standard for the category and it is the opposite of how TranscribeTok's packs work.

Minutes are rounded up. A 47-minute podcast costs 47 minutes; a 20-second clip costs a full minute. For short-form video that rounding matters — a hundred 30-second TikToks cost 100 minutes, not 50.

The meeting bot burns 3× minutes. Because the bot holds an open connection for the whole call, a 30-minute meeting consumes 90 minutes of allowance. VexaScribe documents this clearly on the pricing page rather than burying it, which is to their credit.
